Submitting a housing brief, enquiry, or host registration through this website does not guarantee that a placement will be made, that a specific property will be available, or that any particular timeframe will be met. cano.p acts as a coordinator between guests, hosts, and (where relevant) insurers — final availability, pricing, and terms of any placement are confirmed directly and separately once a match is identified.
Registering a property through this website does not guarantee it will be matched with a placement request, and does not itself create any binding agreement between cano.p and the host. Any terms governing an actual placement (fees, payment timing, obligations) will be set out separately once a placement is confirmed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cano.p and Montel Pty Ltd exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, reliance on information contained in it, or any placement, service, or communication arranged as a result of it — except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
