How the fee works

No cost to register or list. We take 10% of the total booking value, and only on placements that actually go ahead — no booking, no fee. For comparison, that's less than Airbnb's ~15.5% host fee. Adjusters and insurers pay nothing on their end, so the rate you quote is the rate you're working with.
